Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once orders have been placed with the manufacturers.
Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct measurements and product details for the product you require.
Dimensions must be stated as width x height with due allowance for fitting tolerance, and any frame whether existing or supplied with your order.
We will only refund goods that are found to be faulty and a suitable replacement is not available.
Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card that you used when placing your order. All refunds will be made within 28 days or receipt of the returned order.
Under no circumstances will we refund or replace any product that has been damaged after a delivery has been signed for by you or your representative.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remains unaffected.
