Up and Over Garage Doors
Up and Over Garage Doors are split into two cateogories, Canopy Garage Doors and Retractable Garage Doors. The canopy mechanism is suitable for single width doors up to 8ft (2438mm) wide and for safety reasons is recommended for manual operation only. It is not recommended to Automate Canopy Garage Doors. The retractable mechanism is ideal for both manual operation and for adding an electric garage door opener as it has horizontal tracks that are fixed to the ceiling that support the door in the open position. These ceiling tracks also allow the door to fully retract into the garage when it is opened. These tracked doors are available in widths up to 5487mm (18ft) wide.
Both Canopy and Retractable Up & Over Garage Doors are available in Steel, Timber, ABS (PVCu) and Fibreglass (GRP). Wooden Garage Doors are available in Oak & Cedar.
